Monthly Board of Directors Meetings

The Board of Directors generally meets on the third Thursday of each month at the Manchester History Center in the old Cheney Mill district on the corner of Pine Street and Forest Street at 7pm.  The public is always welcome to attend.


THE BOARD WILL NOT MEET IN JULY OR AUGUST. 
THE NEXT BOARD MEETING WILL BE ON THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 16, 2010 AT 7 PM AT THE HISTORY CENTER. 
Visitors- please use the Forest Street entrance and come up the stairs to our office on the 2nd floor.

Annual Meeting

The Annual meeting is held each year in May or June. After a reasonably priced dinner there is a short business meeting, and then a speaker on a topic of outdoor interest.

Thursday May 20, 2010 at the Arbors in Manchester
403 West Center Street we held the annual dinner meeting
The tasty dinner included Baked Haddock or Chicken Marsala, salad, scalloped potato, vegetable medley, rolls, beverages and a yummy strawberry cake for dessert.

Our speaker after dinner was Rachel Mintell, Assistant Biology Professor at Manchester Community College.  She talked about the MCC Outdoor Club and the ecological assesment of Buckland Pond and Bigelow Brook that is in progress and her partnership with MLCT.
